Terms and Conditions of the Crowdsender Referral Program
1. Program Objective
Crowdsender’s referral program is designed to reward users, collaborators, and partners who recommend our platform to new clients. Rewards are granted based on the plan selected by the referred client, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
2. Plans and Rewards
The affiliate will receive a one-time payment for each new client who subscribes to one of Crowdsender’s plans:

3. Conditions to Receive the Reward
To ensure the reward is valid and payable, all of the following conditions must be met:
The referred client must be new (without a previous Crowdsender account).
The affiliate must have completed the referral form before the client registers.
The client must remain active on the platform for at least 1 month, with a minimum of 10 orders shipped.
To validate the reward, Crowdsender will contact the affiliate after confirming that the client meets the requirements.
For paid plans, the client’s subscription must be active and in a paid state during this period.
4. Participation Process
The affiliate completes the referral form, providing their details and those of the potential client.
Crowdsender will contact the client to provide information about the platform and assist with their onboarding.
The client’s activity will be monitored during their first month.
Once the conditions are verified, the affiliate will be notified so that the reward payment can be processed.
5. Reward Payment
Rewards will be paid via bank transfer or another previously agreed-upon method.
The affiliate must provide the necessary details to process the payment once eligibility has been validated.
Payment will be made within a maximum of 30 business days from confirmation.
6. Limitations and Validations
Crowdsender reserves the right to reject or suspend referrals if fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or non-compliance with these terms is detected.
The program can be modified or canceled at any time, without prior notice. However, the terms in effect at the time of registration will be honored for already registered referrals.
